About the Role
Black Sheep Marketing is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a key role in which you will provide efficient PA support to the CEO and Managing Director, assisting them to fulfil the responsibilities and activities of their roles. You will manage diaries, including appointments and meetings, provide administrative support, such as planning and scheduling events, and handling correspondence.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
Making travel and hotel arrangements
Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
Liaising with other members of staff and external parties as and when required
Supporting communication between stakeholders, executives, and their wider teams

This is a full time position, working in a hybrid capacity. Our main office location for this position is in Essex. We expect that the successful applicant will be based in the office 3 days per week, with flexibility on the other days.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Executive Personal Assistant, you will need:
Previous experience within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting at executive level
The ability to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the utmost discretion
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, to meet strict deadlines
Great rapport building skills, to build strong relationships with the executives
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
