About the Role
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join a newly formed team in Guildford under the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for enhancing business effectiveness through information management, communication & collaboration and process optimisation.
As the Operations Analyst, you will focus on optimising and understanding existing business processes, systems and tools. You will analyse and identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions via automation, AI or simply finding cleaner, more streamlined alternatives.
You will develop a deep understanding of how systems and processes interact across the business and how their interaction affects internal effectiveness. You will work closely with internal teams to provide ongoing improvement, training and support on new and existing systems and processes.
The successful candidate will be a highly analytical individual with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships are essential for success in this role.

In return we are offering:
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
A hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in the office).
25 days annual leave - increases by one per year of service up to 30 days.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Highly logical thinker with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes.
Strong analytical skills and highly numerate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using and optimising systems such as Hubspot, Power Platform, SharePoint, and other sales and marketing tools.
Ability to design and implement efficient business processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Relevant work experience is advantageous but not mandatory; evidence of the desired attributes from alternative scenarios is also valued.
